Video/Reels Category Evaluation
Out of the 21 video/reel submissions, 16 participants who achieved 250 views and above were shortlisted for the final screening stage. As the competition primarily focuses on social media outreach and public engagement, a minimum threshold of 250 views was considered an appropriate benchmark to ensure that the content has reached and engaged a meaningful audience.
Based on the above evaluation framework, 4 participants were selected under the following categories:
i) Water Harvesting Structures (WHS) – PMKSY WDC 2.0 – 2 Nos.
ii) WHS – Other Watershed Schemes – 1 No.
iii) Agriculture/Horticulture & Plantation under WDC 2.0 – 1 No.
Image Category Evaluation
Out of the 38 image submissions, measures were taken to avoid duplication and multiple prize allocation. Participants who were already selected in the Video/Reel category were excluded from the Image category evaluation.
Further, a minimum threshold score of 40 was established as a reasonable benchmark to ensure that selected entries demonstrate adequate reach, engagement, and content quality.
